Her Story
About Ally
I work at Rhythm Influence, which is a smaller company, and I've been so fortunate to be surrounded by such intelligent people. I was so excited to learn from them when I started. I still believe that my boss is one of the most brilliant people ever, and I'm glad that I learned everything I know from him. I'm at the point now where I feel like I'm an expert in my field. I feel very loyal to the company that I'm with now, and I'll never say no to opportunities that come my way, not in the sense of leaving, per se, but I do see myself growing within Rhythm Influence and becoming an even bigger part of the processes that I'm involved in now. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I feel like I'm one of the very few of my friends and family members that actually love their job and brag about their job, while everyone else is just waiting for the 9 to 5 to end. I do feel very lucky.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I get my drive, definitely, from my father and my brother. I think that's where I kind of got my business mindset, and who really made me want to achieve in my career and in my life. And then when I got to my company, it's a smaller company, so I was surrounded with just such intelligent people, and I was so excited to learn from them. I still believe that my boss is one of the most brilliant people ever, and I'm glad that I learned everything I know from him. But I'm at the point where I feel like I'm an expert in my field, and I wouldn't have been able to get there without an amazing support group, like my dad and my brother, and also my coworkers, like my boss.
