About Ally
Ally Skelton serves as Kids Pastor at a church in Buford, Georgia, where she has worked for over four years. She earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2011 and began her career as a public school kindergarten teacher. After staying home with her first son, Skelton started volunteering in her local church's kids department, which led to a part-time role as elementary coordinator. She later advanced to kids director before taking time off during a family move. Skelton is passionate about building teams, particularly empowering women in ministry leadership, and creating developmentally appropriate, welcoming environments for children and families. She also volunteers on the PTO board at her children's school and is the coordinator for a local mom's community group.
