Currently serving as Document Administration Manager at Newrez Servicing, she oversees multiple teams, resolves escalations, ensures regulatory compliance, and focuses heavily on leadership development. Alondra specializes in operations management, document administration, remote team leadership, and process improvement, leveraging her expertise to optimize workflows and develop high-performing teams in complex, regulated environments.

In addition to her corporate career, Alondra is a proud officer in the United States Army Reserve, where she leads a platoon of over 30 medical professionals. Her military experience has honed her leadership, discipline, and strategic problem-solving skills, which translate seamlessly into her civilian role. 01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to discipline, adaptability, and consistent goal-setting. My military experience instilled in me the importance of focus, resilience, and continuous progress, which I apply daily in both my professional and personal growth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is to seek mentorship, remain consistent in my development, and approach challenges with intention and discipline. This guidance has shaped my ability to grow into leadership roles successfully.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women to set clear personal and professional goals, actively seek mentorship, and remain disciplined and intentional in their progress. Success is built through persistence, learning, and embracing opportunities to lead.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

A significant challenge is addressing financial literacy gaps within mortgage servicing, as many homeowners need better education to manage long-term financial responsibility. At the same time, there are strong opportunities in leadership development, community-focused initiatives, and improving operational efficiency.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value discipline, integrity, continuous learning, and service. I strive to lead with empathy, foster growth in others, and make meaningful contributions both professionally and within my community.
