Her Interview
Ten minutes with Alpha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to embrace opportunities before I felt fully ready. Working across marketing, operations, technology, digital transformation, and AI has taught me to stay curious, ask questions, and continuously learn. I’m also grateful for the leaders and teams who challenged me to grow. Ultimately, I measure success not only by what I accomplish, but by the people I develop, the trust I build, and the impact I leave behind.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to focus on being valuable, not just visible. Visibility may open doors, but lasting success comes from solving meaningful problems, helping others succeed, and creating impact. I’ve focused on delivering value, building strong relationships, and helping those around me grow, knowing that recognition naturally follows meaningful contributions.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious and not worry about having a perfect career plan. Don’t limit yourself to one path; embrace opportunities to connect business, technology, data, strategy, innovation, and people. Most importantly, recognize that your unique perspective and authentic voice are among your greatest strengths.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in my field is the convergence of AI, data, and digital transformation, which is reshaping how organizations work, collaborate, and engage with customers. At the same time, technology is advancing faster than many organizations can adapt, making responsible adoption, change management, governance, and continuous learning essential. I believe successful transformation is ultimately about people—not just technology—and I’m excited about the opportunity to shape a future of work that empowers people and creates meaningful impact.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The three values most important to me are integrity, curiosity, and compassion. Integrity keeps me grounded, curiosity keeps me growing, and compassion reminds me that success is ultimately about people. I believe it’s possible to maintain high standards while leading with empathy and treating others with respect.
