01What do you attribute your success to?
I have been lucky enough to have some managers and bosses who recognized my drive and nurtured it. I am very driven and motivated, but could not have done it without management that helped me along.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be flexible and ask questions. When starting out and young, you may not be as open to speaking up, but the only way to exceed is to ask questions.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Automation and AI automation is impacting technology fields fast. It is a struggle but also an efficiency booster. You have got to jump in and get involved and adapt to it.
