Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with a minor in Marketing from Memphis College of Art, which sparked her interest in marketing internships. She obtained her PMP certification in November 2024 and holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. She attributes her success primarily to her family, who have been her backbone and supporters, and to her mentor since college days. In her work, she prioritizes passion and heart, empathy to understand team and client pain points, clear communication to align visions, and her creative side to develop proactive solutions. Currently, she focuses on unifying siloed email and SMS/automation teams at RisePoint into a single intake and standardization process.

Passion and heart, empathy, communication, and my creative side. I am very empathetic... another value of mine is just communication... my third in my top three would have to be my creative side.
