I attribute my success to my eagerness to keep learning, my love for understanding people, and the joy I find in helping them—values that also inspire my involvement in community theater and Dance Marathon.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to find your passion, enjoy the process of learning, and focus on helping others every day.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay open-minded, be a good listener, and strive to make a difference each day. I like to call it "abundance mentality"; say "yes" as much as you can!
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is finding effective ways to reach more people and letting them know my team and I are here and available to support them. We work with organizations all over the United States and have team members in almost every time zone!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value I treasure most is authenticity, because I believe true connection and growth only happen when we show up as ourselves. It’s the foundation of how I build trust, foster growth, and create lasting impact.
