My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t be afraid to pivot. Starting in advertising can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to stay open to different roles and experiences. Embrace change and remain flexible—sometimes the best opportunities come from unexpected directions.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
On a personal and professional level, I value creativity and connection. I enjoy content creation, attending concerts, and unwinding after work with a happy hour. These activities help me recharge and maintain balance while continuing to grow in my career.
