Ten minutes with Alyssa

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say bosses that trusted me and gave me opportunities to grow. My family for always supporting me and paying for my college and trusting me that I would find my way.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Follow your dreams, follow your passion. Because then it doesn't feel like work to me.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be in it and stay in it if it's your passion. It's not just a job. Try different areas even if you don't like them at first, like I did with benefits.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is a huge challenge to understand because it's going so fast, but it's also a huge opportunity.
