What do you attribute your success to?
I will be so honest and say it's the women that have come before me. I've had some really incredible mentors in the industry, and they continue to push me to great heights and new heights.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I always say if I can do it, anyone can. I tell my leasing team that all the time. What you give is what you'll get, and don't give less to yourself. You're the one who's going to reap those benefits of what you're sowing now, so having that consistency and really showing up for yourself will ultimately help propel you to new heights.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is shaping and defining the newly established Community Experience Manager role in the Dallas market, with the potential to expand it into untapped markets and drive scalable performance across communities.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are consistency, a commitment to self-investment by showing up for myself every day, and the support and mentorship of strong women who inspire growth and resilience.
