Ten minutes with Amal
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the support and encouragement of my father and brother. Their guidance, belief in my abilities, and the values they instilled in me have played a significant role in shaping both my personal and professional growth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take care of myself. Prioritizing my well-being allows me to perform at my best, maintain balance, and sustain long-term success in my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to find your passion and understand your "why." When you're driven by purpose and genuinely enjoy what you do, you'll be more resilient, motivated, and confident in overcoming challenges.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is working in a traditionally male-dominated industry. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to help break barriers, bring diverse perspectives to the workplace, and inspire more women to pursue careers in the field.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are honesty, integrity, and accountability. I believe in being truthful, doing the right thing even when it's difficult, and taking responsibility for my actions. These principles guide the way I build relationships and approach both my work and personal life.
