In her role, she leads a team focused on renewals, upsells, and cross-sell strategies, while partnering closely with executive leadership to shape sales strategy, optimize pricing models, and refine account segmentation. Known for her precision in forecasting and structuring high-value contracts, Amanda brings a strategic, data-driven approach to accelerating business performance.

Before stepping into sales leadership, Amanda built a strong foundation at Kaseya through roles that strengthened her operational expertise, including Senior Sales Operations Specialist and Principal Account Manager. These positions deepened her knowledge of license optimization, cross-functional alignment, and C-suite engagement. She has facilitated strategic QBRs, collaborated with product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, and played a key role in reducing churn through proactive account planning and client enablement. Prior to Kaseya, Amanda honed her leadership skills at Perry Ellis International, managing large teams, supporting major accounts, and implementing process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency.

Amanda’s educational background in psychology and public administration provides a unique lens for understanding customer motivations, team dynamics, and organizational behavior. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master of Public Administration from Florida International University, where she was highly involved in leadership, service, and academic organizations. The values most important to me in my work and personal life are connection, leadership, and service. I enjoy staying active, volunteering, and building strong networks that help me grow while also supporting others. Outside of work, you’ll often find me at concerts or basketball games, or spending quality time with my family. As a proud sorority alumna, I continue to embrace leadership and empowerment in everything I do.
