Amanda Blaskowski is the Youth and Family Director at the Marshfield Area YMCA, where she has dedicated more than a decade to fostering community engagement, leadership, and personal growth among youth and families. Since joining the YMCA in 2012, Amanda has played an instrumental role in developing programs that align with the organization’s three core pillars — youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Her work centers on empowering children and teens to reach their full potential, while also promoting wellness and civic connection across the Marshfield community.

A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, Amanda earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Human Development and Social Leadership, graduating with distinction. Her educational background, combined with her passion for nonprofit leadership, has allowed her to create inclusive programs that inspire learning, compassion, and collaboration. Amanda’s expertise extends to volunteer management, strategic planning, and leadership development — all of which reflect her commitment to building strong, supportive environments for others to thrive.

Rooted in her belief that meaningful change begins with community investment, Amanda continues to embody the YMCA’s mission every day. Whether she’s guiding staff, organizing youth initiatives, or engaging local partners, she leads with purpose and heart — ensuring that every child and family she serves feels seen, supported, and empowered to make a positive impact.
