01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just ask the questions. Finding a mentor has really helped me a lot. Don't be afraid to ask the questions because nobody just wakes up knowing it all. You really have to persevere and continue to ask questions and learn and find those people that are a good mentor for you.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges with the economy and inflation hitting the bottom line. Beverage is a growing category so we're in a unique position. Need to be open-minded to learn and grow in different areas to position yourself as an asset during reorgs and trying times.
