Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a foundational belief in giving 100% to every task, regardless of the title or stage of my career. Whether I was a coordinator or a director, I approached every challenge with the same level of rigor and dedication. I was also fortunate to have an incredible mentor early on who challenged me to think beyond the immediate task and focus on the broader business impact. That combination of a relentless work ethic and strong professional guidance allowed me to evolve from executing tactics to driving the long-term strategic vision for the company.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is to be your own strongest advocate and never be afraid to ask for what you deserve. In a fast-paced industrial environment, your contributions are your currency, but you must be the one to define their value. I’ve learned that hard work is the engine, but self-advocacy is the steering wheel. I also carry the perspective that no matter how challenging a project or a 'tough spot' may seem, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel if you stay focused on the solution. Resilience and the courage to speak up for your worth are what turn obstacles into opportunities.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industrial B2B sector is to embrace the '100% rule' regardless of your title or career stage, approach every mission with relentless dedication and technical curiosity. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, your expertise and work ethic are your greatest assets, but they must be paired with the courage to be your own strongest advocate. Hard work is the engine of your career, but self-advocacy is the steering wheel; don't wait for your value to be noticed, define it yourself and have the confidence to ask for what you deserve.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The greatest challenge and the biggest opportunity in the industrial sector today is the digital transformation of the B2B buying journey. Buyers now conduct the majority of their research online before engaging with a sales representative. This shift requires us to build sophisticated, data driven ecosystems that serve as a 24/7 sales engine. Navigating a traditionally male dominated industry provides a unique opening for leaders who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and high impact storytelling. By leveraging advanced CRM infrastructure and lead scoring, we have the opportunity to transform marketing into a measurable revenue driver.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are being open and honest, leading by example, and embracing every challenge. In a high stakes industrial environment, transparent communication is the foundation of trust with both my team and our stakeholders. I believe in a leadership style that prioritizes integrity and accountability because setting the standard through my own actions is the most effective way to inspire a high performing culture. My career has been defined by a willingness to lean into difficult situations and treat every obstacle as a chance to innovate. By staying resilient and maintaining a solution oriented mindset, I have been able to navigate a complex industry while remaining true to the principles that guide my personal life.
