What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Continue to work hard, get out there and market yourself authentically and genuinely. You don't need to network with everyone, you need to network with the right people.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around mentorship and empowering others. Inspired by Cus De'Matto’s quote, my “why” as a mentor is to discover and nurture the sparks of potential in those around me.
