Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field as being shaped by ongoing economic uncertainty, including rising costs and fluctuating market conditions that impact both operations and customer behavior. In a brick-and-mortar environment, it’s important to stay adaptable while clearly communicating the value of our product, which is designed to improve sleep quality through continuous innovation and testing at our dream lab in Utah. Moving forward, my focus is on helping my team grow, staying agile in how we bring our solutions to market, and continuing to deliver meaningful value to our customers despite a constantly changing landscape.
