About Amanda
Amanda Gnecco serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Entertainment in the distribution industry. She leads all finance and accounting functions for the company, overseeing SEC reporting, corporate governance, M&A responsibilities, and the integration of acquisitions as the company continues its growth through strategic deals. Gnecco began her career as an accountant immediately after college and advanced through the ranks, playing a key role in guiding Alliance Entertainment through its transition to a publicly traded company via a de-SPAC transaction. She is a certified public accountant who earned her undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University and a master's degree in accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. Gnecco maintains active memberships in FICPA, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and FICFO, the Florida Institute of Chief Financial Officers. She is also driving AI initiatives within finance and accounting to automate processes and build infrastructure that supports the company's expansion plans.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always maintain professional curiosity. The thing that has served me more than anything else is always being curious to learn and figure out how things work, and never be afraid to go after your dreams. A lot of times we think our dreams are too big, and I just don't believe that. You can achieve anything you want if you go after it. Do not limit yourself to where you are. Sometimes you're not thriving not because of you, it's because sometimes you just need to reposition yourself. Always believe in yourself, and always go after your dreams, in spite of if you're the only person who believes in it.
