Her Story

About Amanda

I've been in business development for over 17 years now, and I recently joined Team Global about four months ago in 2025 as a business development and partnership representative. Throughout my career, every place I've worked has told me that my specialty is building strong relationships and getting trust from clients. My main areas of expertise are definitely building relationships, establishing strong partnerships, and finding solutions for clients who are in need of our services. My most proud accomplishment was hitting number one in the nation in 2021 when I was at JANPRO out of 183 markets. You always have it in the back of your mind that it would be great to get that accolade, but when I got it, it was just incredible because you work and work and sell and sell, and seeing it come to fruition was amazing. I've had clients cry when I leave for different jobs because they don't want me to go. I put my heart into everything I do, and once you love your product and love your team, the clients eventually see that.

Ten minutes with Amanda

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith in Jesus Christ and my family. I'm what my husband calls a newer-born Christian, and I look back at moments in my life when I wanted to give up and didn't know where to turn, didn't turn to prayer. It's kind of like that aha moment, like oh God, you were there the whole time. He was just waiting for me to turn to him. Now as I'm older, I read the Bible more and turn to prayer a lot more. It should be the first thing you do instead of crying or being upset. You should find that verse that keeps you going. Jesus honestly has kept me going. I had a rough childhood, but the other thing is my family. Having a family that I get to keep safe, and my son has had, I hope he would say, a wonderful childhood. Definitely my faith and my family keep me going every day.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Learn how to like the no, because for every 20 no's, you'll get that one yes, and it's just more meaningful. Let the no go too. Sometimes you work so hard on a contract and you get that no and it gets to you, but you've got to let the no go because you're gonna get the yes next time. Put your heart into it. Once you love your product and you love your team, the clients eventually see that. I've had clients cry when I leave for different jobs and they're like, we don't want you to go. Put your heart into everything you do.
