Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to following my passions and being willing to take risks. I began my career as a paralegal, but over time I realized I wanted to work in a field that brought me more joy. Inspired by my love of travel from a young age and my natural talent for planning trips, I decided to start my own travel company focused on providing luxury experiences.

In addition to running my business, I host a podcast and mentor other travel advisors, helping them transition from traditional 9-to-5 roles to owning their own businesses. I also am in the process of creating a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women who have experienced abuse, combining my passion for service with my professional expertise.

I credit my success to staying true to my values, pursuing what excites me, and helping others achieve their dreams along the way.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up, even on your hardest days. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but persistence and resilience are what ultimately lead to growth and success. Keeping that mindset has helped me navigate obstacles and continue pursuing my goals with determination.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, adventure, and connection. I prioritize traveling five to six months out of the year, which allows me to explore the world and bring fresh perspectives to my work. At the same time, I cherish quality time with my children and enjoy activities like watching movies, singing karaoke, dancing, and hiking. These experiences keep me grounded, energized, and inspired in everything I do.
