She is a seasoned sales enablement and operations executive with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth, sales strategy, and organizational development across the B2B, industrial, and building products sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at QXO, she drives field execution to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion while leading a team of Sr Associates. She also serves as Sr Sales Enablement Manager, where she built and launched the Inside Sales organization, establishing foundational infrastructure including CRM processes and go-to-market strategy. Prior to this role, she spent over 15 years at Grainger in progressively senior roles, including Sales Learning Architect, Learning Delivery Consultant, District Sales Manager, On-Site Services Regional Program Manager, and Mid Market Sales Manager, where she led teams of up to 15 sellers, developed sales training programs, and drove change management and continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
