Organizations need employees to be productive quickly, especially in areas like onboarding and sales enablement, but quality training takes thoughtful design and ongoing support. The opportunity lies in creating smarter, more scalable learning strategies that combine strong training foundations with modern tools and data-driven insights to improve performance and employee development.
