I attribute my success to faith, perseverance, and the people God has placed in my life along the way. My journey hasn’t been perfect or easy, but every challenge has taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of continuing to move forward even when the path isn’t clear. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about growth, character, and the willingness to keep showing up with integrity and purpose.

I’m also deeply grateful for the mentors, family, and colleagues who have believed in me, encouraged me, and trusted me with responsibility. Their support has shaped both my leadership and my heart for serving others. At the center of everything is my faith, which reminds me that true success isn’t measured by titles or recognition, but by the lives we impact and the way we love, lead, and serve each day.

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay faithful in the small things and let consistency speak louder than recognition. Real leadership isn’t built in moments of spotlight—it’s built in quiet responsibility, hard work, and the willingness to do what’s right even when no one is watching. I’ve learned that integrity, humility, and perseverance will open more doors than titles ever could.

I’ve also learned the importance of lifting others as you grow. Success means very little if you reach it alone. Encouraging people, sharing knowledge, and creating space for others to thrive is what turns a career into a calling.

Believe in your ability before anyone else does, and never underestimate the power of consistency, integrity, and hard work. Logistics and supply chain can be fast-paced and demanding, but there is incredible opportunity for women who are willing to learn, stay resilient, and show up with excellence every day. Your voice, your perspective, and your leadership matter more than you may realize.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, take on challenges that stretch you, and grow through the uncomfortable seasons—because that’s where confidence is built. And just as importantly, remember to lift others as you rise. True success isn’t only about how far you go, but how many people you encourage along the way.

Stay grounded in who you are, trust the path God is guiding you on, and know that you are capable of more than you can currently see.

One of the biggest challenges in my career right now is navigating constant change while maintaining clarity, efficiency, and stability across complex operations. Supply chain and distribution are always evolving—whether through global logistics disruptions, compliance requirements, or the need for stronger system visibility—and staying ahead requires both adaptability and steady leadership.

Another important challenge is balancing high-level operational responsibility with meaningful connection to people. I care deeply about the teams and relationships behind the work, so leading with both excellence and empathy is something I continually strive to grow in.

I see these challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to strengthen processes, develop leadership, and create lasting impact. Every season of stretching is also a season of preparation for what comes next.

I also feel a strong responsibility to help move our industry forward through innovation. Embracing artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can create smarter processes, stronger visibility, and more engaging opportunities for future generations—especially Generation Alpha—to see logistics as an exciting and meaningful career path. I’m eager to help build and implement those systems within our logistics operations so the work we do today continues to grow and inspire tomorrow’s leaders.
