I attribute my success to the incredible staff I work with every day. I was inspired to get into this field while working as a CNA, where I saw opportunities to improve processes and became passionate about helping others and making systems work better.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be true to who you are. A mentor who has been especially influential in my journey is Grace Harcek.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is ensuring that the right data is accurately collected and used to drive improvements.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity and trust, and I enjoy brewing my own beer, hiking, and camping.
