What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family, who have always encouraged me to pursue my goals and continue striving for excellence. Their support and belief in me have been a constant source of motivation throughout my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry that they can truly have it all—you can build a fulfilling career while being a parent. It’s all about prioritizing and making intentional choices. Remember, you have a lifetime ahead to accomplish your goals, so pace yourself and stay focused on what matters most.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
If you ignore ethics/fairness/data quality you’ll end up with shiny garbage. Might look great but be unusable or worse, harmful.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Curiosity. There’s always something fascinating buried under the surface. Loyalty. If I’m helping you, I’m in it. Balance. Everyone needs to experience different aspects of life. Authenticity. Pretending to be what you think people want eventually breaks everything.
