Her Story
About Amanda
Amanda Brazzale has been in the fitness industry since college, where she studied kinesiology with a minor in psychology at Western Illinois University. Her passion for cheerleading led her to serve as captain of her team, lead fitness workouts, win the first West Bee award, and become the first cheerleader of the year at Western Illinois. After having her two children, she transitioned into prenatal fitness, teaching a variety of classes including prenatal yoga to prepare mothers through meditation and movement, Mommy and Me Pilates, Toddler Playdate Pilates, and Stroller Boot Camp. She holds certifications from NASM, Ace Health Coach, Intrinsic Biomechanics, and NASM Mental Toughness, and is a member of NASM, Ace Health Coach, and Intrinsic Biomechanics. Amanda finds that her passion for being a mother combined with her love of fitness and overall wellness drives her daily work in building community and supporting women in Chicago.
