Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my mom—she’s my backbone and biggest supporter, and I never gave up because I never wanted to let her down.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Even when you don’t feel ready for that next step — the promotion, the leadership role, the new challenge — go for it anyway. You don't have to have it all figured out before you move forward. You just need the courage to say yes, the discipline to show up, and the grit to grow into it. You deserve to accomplish every goal you’re chasing. Even if you have to do it scared — just do it. Mastery doesn’t come before the leap. It comes from doing the work after you’ve jumped.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never give up, and don’t count yourself out—your strength and determination will take you further than you think.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is working in a male-dominated environment, but it also presents an opportunity to break barriers and pave the way for more women in leadership.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are my faith in God, showing respect to others, and always leading with integrity.
