Amanda Rubini

Amanda Rubini is a seasoned hospitality and service professional with over 20 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, event coordination, and client relations across premier resorts and entertainment venues. Currently, she serves as a greeter and usher and lead at Hard Rock Stadium, where she manages VIP suites and events including FIFA and concerts, a role she has held for two years. She also handles invoicing for Papa's Pilar Rum from home and works as a personal assistant for a private family she met while at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Her earlier career includes seven years in corporate front desk roles, approximately 15 years at the W Hotel, and bartending at a nightclub similar to Coyote Ugly. She earned an AA in Hospitality Event Management from UCF Rosen College and studied Sports Event Management with a minor in beverage management at Johnson and Wales. Her career reflects a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, event excellence, and team leadership in high-end hospitality environments. She is also writing a book about her experiences titled My Missing Flip-Flop and plans to open a bar called Ruba Genies.
