Amanda Sieger is a seasoned literacy leader with nearly three decades of experience dedicated to transforming reading instruction in public schools. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Faribault Public Schools, Amanda specializes in the Science of Reading, MTSS implementation, and data-informed practices. Her passion lies in building teacher capacity, ensuring that all students—regardless of background—receive high-quality, evidence-based literacy instruction. Throughout her career, she has trained and coached over 80 educators and facilitated LETRS training for more than 40 teachers. She’s also a recipient of three educational grants, underscoring her innovative approach to literacy development.

Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Reading from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and another MA in Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In addition to her instructional leadership, she actively contributes to the broader educational community as an advisor for the Women in Leadership Program through Minnesota State University, Mankato, and as a volunteer with United Way, supporting early childhood literacy initiatives. A passionate advocate for professional growth, Amanda’s work continues to shape literacy instruction and inspire educators across Minnesota and beyond.
