What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building relationships and helping businesses grow. I am passionate about helping others, and with over 15 years of leadership experience, I have been honored to receive awards including Business Travel Service Agent of the Year 2025 and the Rising Star Award 2025.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, my advice is to find what you love and seek mentors. Having guidance from experienced professionals can make a huge difference, and pursuing something you are passionate about ensures that your career is fulfilling and meaningful.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the challenges I have faced in the industry is that many people do not realize how much the travel sector impacts the entire economy. We are part of an $8 billion industry that is often overlooked despite its significant influence.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value giving back both personally and professionally. As a mother, Ronald McDonald House is especially meaningful because I cannot imagine the challenges of having a sick child. My young children are actively involved with me in every fundraiser we volunteer for, which makes our contributions even more special.
