She is a distinguished communications and public affairs leader with over a decade of experience in media relations, news reporting, and strategic communications, currently serving as Director of External Affairs at the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, where she leads media relations, public communications, and strategic engagement for the agency. Prior to this role, she served as News Reporter and Anchor at Alabama News Network, Reporter, Anchor, and Weather Forecaster at WDHN, News Content Specialist at WSFA 12 News, and Reporter and Anchor at Troy TrojanVision. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Public Relations from Troy University, where she was a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honors Society and Phi Mu Fraternity. She is recognized as a trusted, strategic, and impactful communications leader who combines deep journalistic expertise with a commitment to public safety, community engagement, and transparent communication.
