Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. I began my career in tech as an Account Manager in legal case management and marketing at Law Ruler Software, then transitioned into an Implementation Manager role at Intake Desk, focusing on mass tort lead management, case criteria development, and serving as a liaison with law firms. Later, I joined Demand the Limits Law Firm as a Personal Injury Paralegal, where my hard work and commitment led to a promotion to Manager. I am proud of the career I have built and remain motivated to continue growing professionally, with the ultimate goal of pursuing law school to further expand my ability to serve clients.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is not to be intimidated by the challenges or the environment. Approach each opportunity with confidence, and remember that growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone—sometimes you have to “fake it till you make it” while building your skills and expertise. Stay persistent, trust your abilities, and don’t be afraid to take on new challenges.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are patience, kindness, and humility. I believe in leading with a helping hand and putting others before ego. Family is a central part of my life—I enjoy spending time with my spouse and four children, boating, jet skiing, fishing, and visiting the Keys. I am also deeply committed to giving back to my community through Boca Helping Hands and other initiatives in Palm Beach, supporting single mothers with housing and contributing to local food banks.
