About Amba

Amba Gale is the Founder of Gale Leadership Development. Prior to creating her own business, she worked for a national organization doing transformational work and leading communication courses for about 8 to 10 years. She later worked with Hewlett Packard for about 15 years in their inkjet business, leading courses that incorporated spiritual dimensions such as forgiveness and listening to build trust, partnership, and collaboration. She now works primarily in the Pacific Northwest with organizations like Pulse Heart Institute and offers public courses, including her 5-day Heart of Leadership program. Amba Gale holds a Master's in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, and previously taught high school for about 8 years. She is the author of Crossing Thresholds, which received a gold medal for nature poetry, and The Heart of Sacred Listening, which won a gold Global Book Award in Spiritualism and a silver in Self-Help and spirituality. Her work centers on transformational leadership, sacred listening, and empowering individuals to live with passion and purpose.
