Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I believe that continuous learning is far more important than being the smartest person in the room. I stay curious, ask questions, and try to approach every situation as an opportunity to grow. My philosophy is that staying open and inquisitive allows me to develop skills and insights that keep me advancing in my career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced as a woman in the workplace is building confidence, especially in male-dominated fields. Even with the qualifications for promotions or new roles, I’ve noticed that women often underestimate their abilities. I’ve learned to embrace my multitasking skills and intuition as strengths, while also recognizing that supporting other women and sharing success stories is essential to creating a more equal and empowering environment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Outside of work, I value maintaining balance in my life through cooking, fitness, and nurturing strong friendships. I also appreciate working for a company that encourages charitable work and volunteer opportunities. Supporting causes I care about while boosting women’s confidence in the workplace aligns my personal values with my professional life, creating a sense of fulfillment both on and off the job.
