Renew Living Solutions is a Detroit-based health consulting firm dedicated to providing preventative traditional healthcare & support services to serve those seeking optimal health. With evidence-based, traditional methodologies including herbal medicine, somatics, nutrition, and mindfulness, our firm empowers individuals to achieve greater health rooted in prevention, balance, and sustainability. We facilitate workshops, structure intensive/cohort learning curricula for organizations, and contribute to the nutritional/herbal education featured in local co-ops, non-profits, & farms, in Detroit, all in the name of advancing the future of Detroit's health. We aim to confront Detroit’s urgent need for targeted interventions, resources, and services to address the chronic health issues affecting Detroit's vulnerable population. There exists within the Detroit community inadequate trust in allopathic healthcare providers and insufficient prevention and sustainable management of care, contributing to the lower life expectancy rates in Detroit, compared to the state of Michigan. We empower individuals & communities to achieve their health goals through personalized, sustainable lifestyle plans that promote long-term wellness & optimal health.
