Ten minutes with Amber

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to curiosity, continuous learning, and a passion for solving real business problems. By combining business expertise with data and emerging technology, I strive to create practical solutions that deliver meaningful impact.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always be open to opportunities and never stop learning. The roles or experiences that seem unfamiliar or even a little intimidating often become the ones that shape your career the most. Growth comes from being willing to take thoughtful risks, embrace change, and keep building on what you already know.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be bold, be open, and have confidence in the value you bring. You have earned your seat at the table, so don't be afraid to speak up, ask questions, and take on new challenges. Stay curious, continue learning, and remember that diverse perspectives make teams and organizations stronger.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The pace of innovation continues to accelerate, and AI is one of the most significant opportunities, and challenges, our industry has faced. I believe the key isn't to fear the technology, but to embrace continuous learning and understand how to apply it responsibly. AI can help us work smarter and make better decisions, but human expertise, critical thinking, and business judgment will always remain essential.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Balance, communication, and collaboration are values I strive to live by every day. I believe people do their best work when expectations are clear, priorities are aligned, and teams support one another. Just as importantly, I believe success shouldn't come at the expense of personal well-being or the time we spend with the people who matter most.
