She is a litigation attorney, corporate counsel, insurance defense professional, and former prosecutor with experience in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, financial fraud prosecution, discovery, legal research, settlement negotiation, jury trials, arbitration, and risk assessment. She currently serves as Corporate House Counsel for Progressive Insurance, representing insureds and Progressive companies in litigation. Her background includes senior counsel roles with DART and State Farm, financial fraud prosecution with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, and legal teaching experience as an adjunct professor.
