What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the foundation my father built for me. From a young age, I worked alongside him on remodeling projects, and those experiences instilled a deep appreciation for construction and a strong work ethic that still guides me today. With more than a decade in the industry and stepping into leadership in 2011, I’ve learned that my greatest strength is the accountability and drive I bring to every project—qualities that helped earn my recent promotion.
What I love most about my work is seeing projects come to life and knowing the tangible results reflect the effort, collaboration, and commitment behind them. For the past three years, contributing to a company that consistently succeeds and exceeds expectations has been especially rewarding.
Above all, effective communication across all facets of the business has been essential to my growth. I’m thriving in a career shaped by passion, perseverance, and the desire to make my father proud—and I’m exactly where I want to be.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me—both professionally and personally—are integrity, accountability, and connection. In my work, I believe in showing up with honesty, taking ownership of every decision, and maintaining clear, respectful communication with everyone involved. These values help me build trust, strengthen teams, and ensure every project is completed with excellence.
In my personal life, those same values shape how I show up for the people I love. Integrity keeps me grounded, accountability helps me balance my commitments, and connection reminds me to prioritize the relationships that matter most. Outside of work, I find the greatest joy in spending quality time with my husband and children. They are my motivation, my grounding force, and the reason I strive to be my best—both on the job and at home.
