What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a journey fueled by curiosity, hard work, and compassion. I began my career as a hairdresser right out of high school, but over time, I discovered a deep interest in healthcare. Pursuing nursing allowed me to gain hands-on experience in hospitals, where I learned, grew, and ultimately fell in love with the field. What drives me most is my genuine care for patients—I am inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and to approach every interaction with empathy and compassion.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that failure is not the end—it is the foundation. Each setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build resilience. Embracing failure as a stepping stone has allowed me to take risks, push boundaries, and ultimately achieve success in my career.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, exploration, and creativity. I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones, traveling to experience new cultures and perspectives, and expressing myself through cooking. These values guide my decisions, inspire my growth, and shape the way I connect with others.
