Her Interview
Ten minutes with Amber
01What do you attribute your success to?
My children are my greatest source of strength and motivation. They have given me purpose, resilience, and a reason to keep moving forward through life’s challenges.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to slow down and be intentional. When dating, ask the difficult questions, take the time to truly understand someone, and never compromise your morals, values, or self-respect.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is finding work that accommodates single parents. It can be difficult to balance earning a living and supporting my children when resources and flexible opportunities are limited.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My children are my highest priority and the driving force behind everything I do. In both my personal life and career, I make choices that allow me to provide for them while still being present and available for them.
