I am a senior living operations executive with extensive experience in multi-site leadership, financial management, and team development across the senior housing industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations at Agemark Senior Living, a role I have held since May 2026, where I lead regional operations and drive strategic initiatives to enhance resident care, team performance, and business growth. Prior to this promotion, I served as Senior Regional Director of Operations for six months, overseeing regional operations and supporting organizational success.

Before joining Agemark, I spent over three years at Jaybird Senior Living as Regional Director of Operations, where I led multi-site operations, managed financial performance, and developed leadership teams to support high-quality senior living communities.
