01What do you attribute your success to?
Just applying for opportunities you're good at and showing what you can do day-to-day. Bringing ideas to the table has helped women move forward, knowing you deserve a seat at the table. My mother inspired me by battling cancer while working, going to school, and taking care of me.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep your head up, remember who you are and everything you've been through, know you can do anything you put your mind to. Be patient, forge ahead, and never give up.
