With over 15 years of corporate experience across business strategy, marketing, and operations—including leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers and North Carolina State University—Ambica transitioned from corporate boardrooms to the world of commercial real estate. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to over 14 years of experience as a Managing Director, where I have been responsible for making strategic decisions, raising capital, managing investments, negotiating vendor contracts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. My ability to lead with vision and maintain a results-driven focus has been central to achieving sustained growth and organizational success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are persistence, community involvement, and balance. I believe in never giving up, staying committed to my goals, and continuously striving for excellence. I’m passionate about giving back through community outreach, particularly with organizations like Big Pockets and NC Realtor Associates. Outside of work, I find joy and balance through dancing and supporting my three children in their activities—whether it’s soccer, basketball, or simply spending quality family time together.
