Her Story
About Amelia
I work for Cintas Corporation, where we provide services to businesses across the country, including rental services, facility services for safety, fire protection services, and operational services. I've been a partner here at Cintas for 24 years. I worked at Cintas when I was in college to help put myself through college, and I got a window into this organization. I've had so much experience with other organizations throughout my career, being in national accounts and account management. Our culture here at Cintas is a place that you - they're investing in their people, helping us grow, train, and be better. Our organization is constantly evolving. The type of leaders that we employ here is why I've continued my career here for as long as I have. In my current position as Enterprise Marketing Manager, which I've been in for 4 years, I lead the marketing strategy for two segments - our education and government verticals. My role is to bring leads to our sales organization. For 7 years within different capacities, I was on the board of our women's organization here, our partner business resource group. I led our internal female development, executive development, where we put on a big training where partners were nominated by senior leaders to attend the training. I organized all the speakers and the content of who would be, what that would look like, and what their experience is going to be, and did that for 5 years. This is one of my most notable professional achievements.

I would say the opportunities are staying ahead of our competition and staying vigilant in what you're learning and how you're evolving, so that we can best position ourselves in the marketplace.
