Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of ambition, courage, and a strong foundation built by my family, alongside a genuine passion for helping others achieve financial security. Growing up immersed in entrepreneurship and finance instilled in me the confidence to open my own branch and to pursue work that creates meaningful impact in my community. I attribute my discipline and mental toughness to long distant running. Running my first marathon at 17 taught me to embrace challenges and continually strive toward the next milestone. These experiences reinforce my commitment to personal growth and professional excellence, guiding me as I support others in achieving their goals.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is failing is not the end of the road. What you do when you hit that breaking point determines your outcome. Dwelling on it will not solve the problem. The persistence that one carries in these moments of struggle is what ultimately shapes their success. Secondly, taking initiative early opens doors and creates opportunities that waiting and overthinking never will.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your voice, step confidently into professional spaces, and never let age or gender define your credibility. Women belong in finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship, and your perspective is both valuable and essential. Be disciplined and diligent, and cultivate a resilient mindset. Remember that success in financial services is a long game persist through early setbacks, stay consistent, and continue putting yourself out there.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is standing out in a crowded market. While simultaneously at the same time, the field presents tremendous opportunities. I am especially passionate about expanding financial literacy among women entrepreneurs, building culturally connected business networks, and leveraging digital platforms and personal branding to reach broader audiences. The upcoming wave of retiring advisors also creates openings for younger professionals to establish meaningful client and inter professional relationships.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are integrity, empowerment, community connection, and service—particularly in uplifting women through financial knowledge and opportunity. I believe that financial education is a powerful tool for independence and generational impact.

I also prioritize discipline, transparency with both team members and clients, and maintaining strong ethical standards. These principles shape the way I lead, collaborate, and support others in achieving their goals.
