Amelia Soriano
Amelia Soriano is the founder and CEO of Burble Creativity, a pioneering company transforming how children experience stories through immersive, multisensory technology. She has spent her career building and scaling complex tech systems, leading product innovation, and designing platforms where inclusivity, imagination, and technical excellence intersect. At Burble, Amelia is developing Minimally Defined Immersion (MDI™), a storytelling platform that integrates sound, light, and guided sensory cues to help children—especially neurodiverse learners—engage with stories in a calm, safe, and deeply immersive way. Her flagship product, the Burble Story Tent, supports emotional regulation, speech and language development, and creative exploration.
Before founding Burble, Amelia led product and innovation teams at companies such as TOCA Football, served as CTO at Burble, and directed large-scale technology and AI-supported learning initiatives. With over two decades of experience in technology, product development, and systems architecture, she combines technical expertise with human-centered design to create solutions that are both innovative and impactful. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes building what the world is missing with integrity, particularly for those who have been overlooked by traditional systems.
Amelia is also deeply committed to inclusive education and neurodiversity, working to scale Burble globally across education, therapy, healthcare, and community wellness spaces. Beyond her professional work, she is a passionate mentor and advocate for human-centered design, emphasizing collaboration with families, educators, and clinicians to ensure her products meet the real needs of children. Her mission is to create a world where every child, regardless of how their brain works, can feel at home inside a story.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be a great mentor, listen well, support others in need, and embrace creativity to stand out.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity right now is spreading awareness about our immersive Sensory Storytelling Platform to help individuals and their families lead healthier, happier lives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are continuous learning, leading by example, and building connections through networking, while also cherishing time with family, enjoying soccer, traveling, and dining out.
