About Ami

Ami Maikoski is an Architect of Identity, Capacity, & Expansion whose work explores what becomes possible when individuals are fully available to who they are and to the Infinite expression of Life moving through them.

With more than 25 years of leadership, facilitation, and professional experience, Ami is the Founder of Metamorphose Institute and an Executive Partner and Facilitator with Powerful Vibes Institute. She works with founders, executives, visionaries, teams, and organizations to uncover the unseen patterns, inherited beliefs, and subtle blind spots influencing their decisions, leadership, relationships, and experience of life.

Ami is the creator of the Interrupted Brilliance™ framework and the I AM∞ Doctrine - an expanding body of work grounded in the architecture of BE-ing, conscious participation, and the understanding that our inner world creates the lens through which we experience life. Her work moves beyond traditional mindset practices by engaging awareness, identity, emotion, physiology, language, and embodied action.

Her professional background includes service in the United States Air Force, where she trained as a medical laboratory technologist and was dual-trained as a combat medic. She also holds extensive training and certifications in transformational facilitation, neuro-linguistics, emotional mastery, positive psychology, and Proctor Gallagher methodologies.

As a speaker, author, and facilitator, Ami has led immersive retreats, executive intensives, leadership programs, and transformational experiences internationally. Her approach is both deeply human and radically expansive: she asks powerful questions, reveals what cannot be seen from within a familiar perspective, and creates the space for individuals to decide what they will give life to next.

At the heart of Ami’s work is a simple invitation: to uncover what has always been true within you and experience the fullest expression of Life available through you.

Ten minutes with Ami

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my willingness to be radically honest with myself while remaining deeply curious about what else is available. I honor every experience as part of my genesis- every decision, mistake, challenge, and moment of greatness has contributed to who I AM and how I lead today. I do not facilitate from theory alone; I embody the work. I continually examine the unconscious patterns that can interrupt the fullest expression of my brilliance, give life to what I discover, and remain fully available to all that is waiting to be expressed through me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Be solid in me.”

The most valuable advice I have ever received was the invitation to know who I AM, trust what I know, and remain anchored in my truth- regardless of the room, the title, or the expectations around me. When I am solid in me, I can remain open, curious, and collaborative without abandoning myself. That inner solidity allows me to lead with integrity, discernment, and the freedom to express my work authentically.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Honor the life you have already created and trust the wisdom earned through every part of it. Do not edit yourself to fit the room or imitate someone else’s expression of success. Be solid in who you are, remain curious about what you cannot yet see, and allow your work to emerge through your lived experience. Your greatest contribution will come from the truth only you can embody and express.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

We have unprecedented access to information, yet information alone does not create embodiment. The greatest challenge—and opportunity—in my field is closing the space between what people intellectually know and how they actually live, lead, decide, and express themselves. The future belongs to leaders whose inner world and outward expression are congruent—leaders who embody their truth rather than simply speaking about it.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Truth is foundational to everything I AM and everything I do. Integrity is that truth embodied—alignment between what I know, what I speak, and how I live. Love shapes how I meet people; curiosity and humility keep me open to perspectives beyond my own. Gratitude, wonder, and awe continually remind me of the richness already present in Life. These are not simply values I hold; they are qualities I consciously practice and express in my work, relationships, and daily life.
