She is a digital transformation, technology strategy, and product professional with experience in data analytics, AI, RPA, insurance technology, financial services, architecture governance, and stakeholder management. She currently works as a Delivery Manager for Digital Transformation at Navikenz, supporting data requirements, Databricks pipelines, and business alignment across insurance functions. Previously, she held product, strategy, and consulting roles at AssuredPartners, Morgan Stanley, and EY. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To speak up always, ask for more, be confident, remember you belong, and politely interrupt if needed to make your point heard. We don't have to fight for the same slice of cake; we can bake our own.
