I attribute my success to building strong, trust-based relationships—especially with my manager—along with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as I progressed from executive assistant and office manager to my current role at Insperity. Staying focused on operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement has allowed me to thrive and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my trainer and mentor, Patricia Ocasio, who taught me the importance of asking questions, staying adaptable, and trusting the guidance of those invested in my growth.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection, curiosity, and balance—making time to build strong relationships while exploring new places, from local favorites like St. Augustine and St. Pete to travels with my high school sweetheart and husband of 11 years to destinations like Paris and California.
