What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance of my former supervisor, Cindy Shudak, whose mentorship taught me to prioritize caring for people over purely financial goals, a lesson I now carry forward by mentoring others at work and preparing to advise a university women’s leadership program beginning in 2026.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be honest with yourself about the challenges of the industry but always keep patient care at the center of your work—it will ground your decisions and give your career lasting purpose.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, compassion, and purpose—choosing a career path aligned with my strengths after realizing physical therapy wasn’t the right fit and committing fully to meaningful work in medical imaging. Outside of work, I value time with my family and caring for rescue dogs, which keeps me grounded and grateful.
